Withdrawal policy
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (TopSpeed Tischtennis Vertriebs GmbH, Naupliaallee 10, 85521 Ottobrunn, Germany, info@topspeed-tischtennis.de, telephone: 089-6701179) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail). You can use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory. You can also fill out and submit the sample withdrawal form or another clear statement electronically on our website https://www.topspeed-tt.com. If you make use of this option, we will immediately send you (e.g., by email) a confirmation of receipt of such a withdrawal.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you revoke this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which we receive notification of your revocation of this contract. The order value discounts that TopSpeed Tischtennis Vertriebs GmbH granted to the customer in the original purchase contract will be reclaimed or corrected if the consumer no longer reaches the originally required order value due to the revocation or partial revocation. The flat-rate shipping cost of €5.90 will also be reclaimed if the partial revocation results in the order falling below the free shipping threshold. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged for this repayment. We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period. You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You shall only be liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is attributable to handling of the goods that is not necessary for testing their condition, properties, and functionality. You can also announce your return at https://www.topspeed-tt.com/rueckgabe. It is not possible to return TT bats that we have assembled, as the individual components can no longer be considered new. Printed textiles cannot be returned either, unless there is a clear error on our part. Books are excluded from return.

Different return shipping costs for Germany
We will bear the direct costs of returning the goods if the return shipment is made within Germany.
Return labels
Without prejudice to your statutory rights, we provide you with free return labels for your return shipment within Germany. We will send you the return label by email. You can drop off the return shipment at a parcel shop of the respective provider in Germany.
