The Classic!

For over 30 years, we’ve been hosting our training camps in Umag. Located about 600 km from Munich, Umag is a charming town with 13,000 inhabitants on the northwestern coast of Istria. Its picturesque 45-kilometer-long riviera is lined with beaches and coves.

All the hotels and apartments we offer are directly by the sea and within easy walking distance of one another. A wide range of entertainment and sports options promises a perfect mix of training and vacation. Twice a year, Umag becomes the location of our largest training camp — vacation plus table tennis, a proven combination for over 20 years. Come and see for yourself!

Training Times

The training schedule depends on the number of participants:

  • Up to 50 participants: daily from 09:00 to 12:00

  • More than 50 participants: two groups will be formed: 09:00–12:00 or 15:30–18:30
    (We explicitly reserve the right to determine group placement. Groups will rotate daily between morning and afternoon sessions, so everyone trains in both time slots over the course of the week.)

Hotel SIPAR****

Fully renovated in 2017, Hotel Sipar sits on a beautiful coastal point, just 1 km from Umag’s town center. Enjoy a stroll into town to discover historic landmarks, churches, vibrant cafés, and nightlife.

Umag war wieder eine Reise wert!

Trainerteam, Halle (auch wenns warm war und viel zu Wischen gab...) sowie Hotel top, sehr positiv die neuen Trainingszeiten nur vormittags!! Individuelle Übungen für alle Spieler/innen! Passender Termin unmittelbar vor Saisonbeginn, ideale Kombi TT & Urlaub mit einem super Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis! Fazit: Sehr empfehlenswert, ich bin 2027 wieder dabei!

PERFEKTES TT-Trainingslager

Ein sehr sportliche Woche!
6 Tage TT-Training. Trainiert von 5 Profis, die alle ihr Bestes geben! Wir sind mit Freunden aus Westfalen und München angereist. Klimatisierte Sporthalle. Vom fortgeschrittenen Anfänger bis zum „Profi“ waren unterschiedliche Teilnehmer und Teilnehmerinnen dabei. Davon einige, die wir wir jedes Jahr wieder kommen, aus gutem Grund!
Wir freuen uns schon auf 2027!

Im Urlaub was lernen

Nach 10 Jahren in Bozen habe ich den September-LG in Umag sehr genossen. Eine Einheit täglich mit individuellem Systemtraining ist für mich als "älterer Spieler" ausreichend, daneben konnte ich das Meer sowie das Essen und die Annehmlichkeiten im Hotel Sipar genießen - sozusagen eine "Win-Win-Veranstaltung" mit einem nahezu unschlagbaren Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Die erfahrenen Trainer/innen kenne ich zum Großteil schon lange, sie arbeiten Jahr für Jahr beharrlich an meinen Fehlern und ich kann regelmäßig jede Menge verbessern. Fazit: Sehr empfehlenswert als Saisonvorbereitung, ich bin 2026 (1 Tag länger) wieder dabei!
