DNA Platinum is the latest addition to STIGA's DNA series, which comprises a new generation of table tennis rubbers from Germany. This rubber is best suited to professional players who have a truly offensive playing style and expect the highest quality materials. The unique rubber composition offers excellent grip and allows the player to hit the ball from truly challenging angles. The short pimples, together with the thin top sheet, mean that DNA Platinum can accommodate a thicker sponge (up to 2.3 mm), giving you extra speed and power in your game. Thanks to PSC (Power Sponge Cell) technology, you get a longer ball trajectory with more power in your shot and an aggressive arc in your loop. The sponge pores also improve contact between the rubber and the blade, giving you that coveted crisp sound when you hit the ball. The extra-hard sponge was developed for players who are looking for the highest possible speed. The rubber provides the necessary power and speed to complete duels very quickly and efficiently. DNA Platinum is also optimized for ABS balls and, thanks to its unique composition of natural and synthetic rubber, is significantly more durable.
