DONIC BlueGrip C1 and C2 – The Future is Already Here
The BlueGrip was already a revolution in its V1 and R1 versions: the best of both worlds combined in one rubber! Now DONIC takes this innovation even further. With the BlueGrip C1 and C2, two new versions have joined the lineup that outshine everything else.
Both versions share the hallmark DONIC BlueGrip features: a sticky top sheet inspired by Chinese rubbers paired with a sponge that offers powerful catapult effect and tremendous dynamism — qualities renowned in Japanese and German rubbers. But now, this dynamism has been significantly increased.
The C1 version, with its 60° hard sponge, produces an even stronger arc on topspins and delivers greater speed. The C2 features a slightly softer sponge and subtle differences in the pimples’ geometry that enhance a softer playing feel.
DONIC BLUEGRIP C2
Technology: Full tensor sponge, sticky top sheet. Slightly softer at 55° and lighter at 80 g compared to the C1.
Character: Powerful catapult effect, extremely spin-friendly.
